This will be the third all day business exhibition hosted by unLTD Magazine, the region’s leading monthly business to business publication. Being seen at the event will be fantastic promotion for your business, putting you at the centre of the local business community. We are expecting 100 exhibitors and 500+ visitors from around the region to visit the expo, making it one of the largest events in the region. It will give you access to potential customers and clients both locally and regionally. The expo will also provide you with an excellent opportunity to network with many key decision makers.
There are two different sized exhibitor spaces available. The Standard Exhibitor Space will be 2.5m x 2.0m. This space includes a 6ft trestle table, tablecloth and two chairs, so there will be room for 2 roller banners or a 2-metre-wide maximum display stand. The Large Exhibitor Space will be 5.0m x 2.0m. This space includes 2 x 6ft trestle tables, tablecloths and four chairs, so there will be room for a large exhibition display stand or multiple roller banners.

The exhibition is taking place at Magna, Magna Way, Templeborough, Rotherham S60 1FD. Magna offers 4000 m² of dedicated event space set in a former industrial steelworks. It’s perfectly located close to both Sheffield and Rotherham with free parking, and only minutes from M1 Junction 34 Meadowhall.
Exhibitor access to the exhibition space will be from 7.30am – 9.45am on the morning of the expo. Please allow plenty of time to setup your stand. We respectfully request that all exhibitors are completely setup before doors open to attendees at 10.00am.
The exhibition is open to attendees from 10:00am to 3:30pm, and therefore exhibitors are expected to be present during that time. Please don’t start packing up your stand any earlier than 3.30pm. All exhibitors will need to pack down immediately after the end of the expo and clear the room by 5.00pm.
As an exhibitor, you will receive 2 x arrival drinks (water or tea/coffee), a light breakfast and 2 x packed lunches included in your exhibitor fee. You are not permitted to bring your own food and drink for consumption into the premises. Any additional food and drink you require during the day can be purchased from the venue. We will contact all exhibitors closer to the date of the expo to discuss any dietary requirements.
Exhibitors are permitted to give away small food or drink samples on their stands.
Power sockets will be available to exhibitors at an additional cost. Please indicate if you require power when you book. The charge for power must be paid prior to the event or we reserve the right to withdraw supply.
Yes, Magna normally has Wifi available. Please note, however, that the organisers of the unLTD Business Expo cannot guarantee either the availability or the bandwidth provided by the venue on the day of the event.
Stands will be sold on a first come first served basis. To ensure you secure yours place and to avoid disappointment, please book as soon as possible. Once we sell out, no extra stands can be added due to the size of the exhibition space.
Exhibitors are required to accept our Terms & Conditions (including our cancellation policy) at the time of booking your stand space. You can subsequently cancel your exhibition space at any time by notifying us in writing. However, under the Terms & Conditions, refunds will be made on the following basis:

Yes, every exhibitor will be featured in the expo program with approx. 100 words.
Yes, there will be a number of excellent opportunities to advertise your company in the expo programme at a very reasonable additional cost. Copies of the programme will be given free to every exhibitor and visitor. In addition a digital version will also be available after the event. The previous event’s programme can be viewed here.
