Payment
Your exhibition space is only booked once full payment is received. Payment in full must be made at the time of booking.
Cancellation policy and refunds
Exhibitors are required to accept our Terms & Conditions (including our cancellation policy) at the time of booking your stand space. You can subsequently cancel your exhibition space at any time by notifying us in writing. However, under the Terms & Conditions, refunds will be made on the following basis:

Please note: no refunds are given to any exhibitor or sponsor if they are unhappy with the event itself, we offer no guarantees on the number of attendees, the number of sales and/or leads achieved.
Timings
All Exhibitors should attend their stands: 10:00am – 3:30pm
Set up time: Either 4pm – 6pm on the day before the event or 8am – 10.00am (your stand must be completely setup before doors open to attendees at 10.00am)
Event opening times 10:00am – 3:30pm
Set down: Exhibitors may not pack away until the exhibition closes at 3:30pm. All exhibitors will need to pack down immediately after the end of the expo and clear the room by 5.00pm.

- You will have an area of 2m x 2m which will include:
- 6ft trestle table
- 2 x chairs
- 2 x welcome drinks
- 2 x Danish
- 2x expo programmes
- White table cloth
- 100 word listing & company logo in the expo programme
- 2 x packed lunch bags
- Free parking
Included in your Large Exhibition Space price
- You will have an area of 4m x 2m which will include:
- 2 x 6ft trestle table
- 4 x chairs
- 4 x welcome drinks
- 4 x Danish
- 4 x expo programmes
- White table cloth
- 100 word listing & company logo in the expo programme
- 4 x packed lunch bags
- Free parking
Wifi
Free Wifi is normally available at the venue but no guarantee is made for the availability, speed and quality on the day of the expo
Power
Power will be provided at an additional cost. If you would like power, please select this option when booking. We reserve the right to withdraw power from an exhibitor if the additional cost is not paid in advance of the expo.
Food and drink
- All exhibitors will be provided with 2 or 4 welcome drinks, 2 or 4 Danish and 2 or 4 lunches (dependent upon the type of stand space booked) within the cost of the exhibition stand
- Additional food and drink will be available for purchase from the venue.
- No food or drink purchased outside the venue will be permitted for personal consumption.
- Exhibitors wishing to provide food and drink samples on their stand to people attending the event is allowed, but the exhibitor takes responsibility for quality and safety of any food and drink provided.
Stand sharing
The stand must only be used by the specific company/organisation who booked it. Stand sharing is strictly prohibited. If found to be in breach, the brand who has not booked a space will be asked to leave.
GDPR
The unLtd Business Expo is a community business event which centres itself around connecting businesses and others, therefore if you book a stand you are agreeing to other exhibitors, sponsors, and attendees contacting you in order to build on their connections and your own. This is a legitimate interest not only for us but you too.
You understand that by being a part of the unLtd Business Expo you may be approached by email or by telephone by our sponsors or exhibitors. You consent to the use of your personal data (as disclosed by registering) to be used by trusted third parties.
You understand and consent to the event organisers using your data in order to stage the event with the view to improve the event experience for participants.
Use of images
We reserve the right to use any images or video taken at the event. By attending the event you agree to give permission for your image to be used for marketing and the purposes.
Liability
1. Your responsibilities:
a. The exhibitor is responsible for setting up, maintaining, and removing their stand/display/any equipment on the day of the event as per the timings detailed in the Terms & Conditions.
b. The exhibitor is responsible for complying with all Health & Safety legislation and regulations including fire and electrical safety, and will abide by any reasonable requests relating to Health & Safety made by either the event organiser or the venue.
c. The event organiser is not responsible for any loss, damage or theft of equipment or materials, all property of the exhibitor or any other third party at the event is held there at the exhibitor’s risk.
2. Liability / Insurance
a. The exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless [unLTD Business/The Event Organiser] from all or any losses, costs, claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of their participation in the event.
b. The exhibitor is responsible for obtaining adequate insurance to cover any claims that might arise for any losses, costs, claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of their participation in the event.
